Our recruitment process is designed to deliver you a shortlist of 3-5 perfectly matched graduates in double quick time.
We’ll then manage the entire hiring process through to successful conclusion. It’s a slick and efficient process, but personal and friendly too.
We’re already directly engaged with graduates from leading Universities offering low carbon related courses, and we’re busy extending the scope to all high performing graduates who have an interest in the low carbon sector.
No Risk ‘ No Fee Service
You can hire an intern for up to 6 months prior to deciding to offer a permanent position. At any stage during the period you can offer a permanent position.
Our recruitment fee only applies if you convert an intern to a permanent employee.
The fee is based on a % of the annual salary offered. The quicker you offer a permanent job, the lower the fee, we think this is an attractive model.

We’re happy to discuss bespoke proposals for higher volume campaigns.
Remember there is no fee for arranging the initial internship, so you only pay a fee if you make a permanent hire.
The scheme is exclusively available for companies engaged in the low carbon sector, and in low carbon related programmes (C02 emission reduction schemes).
