The British Embassy team officially opened Igloo3’s new recruitment research centre in Sofia – Catherine Barber, Deputy Ambassador did the honors with a spot of ribbon cutting.
Catherine is a passionate advocate of the low carbon economy and has led a number of UK Government low carbon initiatives, so it was a great opportunity to showcase our capabilities to the UK Government as well as many guests from international companies.
Lyubo and Dimitar two of our resident video interview experts took centre stage showing guests how we use 3 minute recorded video interviews to streamline the efficiency of international recruitment processes.
Catherine coined a nifty phrase to describe our hi tech recruitment research centre ‘ as a ‚Äúgreen jobs factory‚Äù. Well ‘factory’ sounds a bit impersonal, but we are gearing up to support many more clients and many more job seekers.
We’ve recently moved into new offices in Sofia to give us room to grow and we’re already benefiting from the super fast broadband connectivity, and lovely working environment, now we just need more people to work with us, so please get in touch if you’d like to join us.
