Our recruitment model necessarily limits the number of companies we’re able to form relationships with. As headhunters, we would never poach people from one client to give them to another.

With strong industry links and an excellent reputation, we’ve won most of our clients through recommendation. Our clients tend to be market leaders, high-growth firms, new ventures in their early stages or other firms with a strong employee proposition.

Good people don’t come cheap. Competition for top talent is fierce, so when we we track down the best candidates we need to know we’ve got a great offer for them.

Although we cover all salary ranges, with no lower or upper limit, we typically recruit mid- to senior-level executives on salaries of between £45,000 and £100,000 per annum.
